The Rotary Club of Eltham Inc. and its representatives will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to person or property howsoever caused including the negligence of the Rotary Club of Eltham Inc. or its representatives or agents and including loss or damage arising out of weather conditions or the cancellation of the event.

Please note there will be photographers working at the festival. General crowd shots will be taken and potentially used in future promotional material. Permission will be sought for individual shots including those identifying children. If you believe a photographer may have taken a shot that includes you and you don’t want your photo used, please ask the photographer to delete the shot.

Alcohol will be available for purchase in the main stage food area only and is strictly policed. The festival is a no-smoking event.
