Whats a party without face painting? There will be free face painting in the Park from 10am to 6pm. In addition the 1st North Eltham Scouts will be face painting on the oval for a small donation.
Clay Talk Montsalvat
Clay Talk Ceramic Centre is a not-for-profit pottery teaching studio. Clay Talk will be demonstrating pottery and offering visitors a short stint on the pottery wheel to try their hand at clay. Sat 1200-5pm
Nillumbik Shire Council
Come and talk to the friendly team at the Nillumbik Shire Council stall. There will be information and activities about health and wellbeing programs, disability and career programs.
Chillout Zone
Need a break from all the colour and movement of the Festival? Come and join the Regional Plenty Library in the Chill Out Zone, read or borrow some books or do some craft.
Free Rides for younger kids
Main Stage – Alistair Knox Park
Take a spin on the Chair-o-plane or ride around in a teapot! These rides are free and located near the Main Stage and behind the playground.

Camel Rides
Camel Rides. Take a turn around the oval on the camel train and pretend you’re an adventurer in the desert – $15 a ride

As usual the Carnival will operate at the Bridge Road end of the Park.

The annual fireworks display is always a highlight of the festival. Come and find a spot on the grass in Alistair Knox Park, bring a picnic or buy some dinner from the range of food options available and listen to music on the Main Stage whilst waiting for the fireworks at dusk – usually around 9pm.
