Whats a party without face painting? There will be free face painting in the Park from 10am to 6pm. In addition the 1st North Eltham Scouts will be face painting on the oval for a small donation.

Main Stage and Panther Place

Take a spin on the Chair-o-plane or ride around in a teapot! These rides are free and located near the Main Stage and behind the playground.

Camel Rides. Take a turn around the oval on the camel train and pretend you’re an adventurer in the desert – $15 a ride

As usual the Carnival will operate at the Bridge Road end of the Park.

District Scouts

The District Scouting movement will be providing a range of exciting activities in Alistair Knox Park (near the end of Panther Place) including crate stacking and a rope bridge. Come and have a go.
Fireworks at Eltham Festival

The annual fireworks display is always a highlight of the festival. Come and find a spot on the grass in Alistair Knox Park, bring a picnic or buy some dinner from the range of food options available and listen to music on the Main Stage whilst waiting for the fireworks at dusk – usually around 9pm.

Emergency and Community Services

Alistair Knox Park

Come and support our local amazing emergency services. Learn about fire safety, bush fire resilience and the work of our Nillumbik SES unit. You can find Fire Rescue Victoria, Eltham CFA, Nillumbik SES, and Bush Fire Resilience at the bottom of Panther Place.
And at the Bridge Road end of the Park, come and meet the Community Policing Unit of Vicpol.
