Stallholder Payments

Welcome to our online payment and booking facility.

You can select the stall type and any additional items you would like simply by clicking “add to bag”.

Some items will force you to load supporting documents such as public liability or food permits. This is to ensure that your application is complete so it can be processed quicker.

Before starting please ensure you have:

• Access to either a paypal account or credit card payment details
• A pdf of your public liability insurance certificate
• A pdf of your Statement of Trade

All sites 3×3 meters unless you specify otherwise. Measurements must be confirmed at time of booking. Unless otherwise stated; fees are for the site only.

Please enquire if you need a marquee or any other equipment – this can be organised at additional cost.

Non – Food

• Community Groups (not for profit organisations) $60
• Personal Craft (100% Australian craft products) $80
• Commercial Market Stall or display $120
• Business Expo Site * $300

(*Includes 3×3 marquee + trestle & 2 chairs)

 

Fast Food

• Community Groups (not for profit organisations) $100
• Commercial Vendor – specialist products  $250   (e.g. coffee, donuts, ice cream, drinks  etc)
• Large Commercial Food Van $350

 

Slow Food*

• Pre-packaged food sales  $80
• Plated product  $120
• Wine precinct package*  $230

(*Includes 3×3 marquee + trestle & 2 chairs)

 

Other Charges – if applicable

• Power  $60
• Saturday Evening Trading – additional site fee $150

 

* The Slow Food category is only open to Nillumbik primary producers, members of the VFMA, and others pre-approved by the Eltham Rotary Town Festival – Food Coordinator.
