Upon purchase of any item through this site, you hereby agree to the following terms:

CHECKLIST and AGREEMENT

• You understand that a site is not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the organisers.
• You have read and fully understood the terms and conditions provided (additional terms for food vendors)
• You will upload a certificate of currency for Public Liability insurance

If selling food:

• You will upload a copy of my existing food permit OR
• You will upload my application for a Temporary Permit.

 

General Information

The Rotary Eltham Town Festival is a community project of the Rotary Club of Eltham. The Festival has been administered by Rotary since 2001.

This year the Festival will be held on the weekend of Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November. Our Saturday program is held in the Eltham Township – there are no opportunities to trade during the day on Saturday.

Saturday evening there is a firework display with some limited opportunities to trade at an additional cost. Please email or speak to us if you are interested and before submitting your application.

The main part of the Festival is on Sunday and for most participants this is the day to which their application will apply.

Overall we expect an attendance of around 20,000.

Applications should be submitted immediately if you wish to gain priority and no later than 14 October 2011.
